Old Testament Seminar

We will be hosting an OT seminar in September to provide people with a history of the Bible (Old Testament) from Abraham to Ezra so that we can gain more background to scripture and the path that God has taken for the world, using people as instruments of his message of love and purpose. Formal flyers will be provided in a few weeks and will be distributed to all the local community. So start spreading the news about this seminar - we hope to have the church full. The cost will be $10 which included notes, morning and afternoon tea, and lunch. More details to come.

Creation: Why it matters

Part of the Perth ministry with Dr Tas Walker of Creation Ministries International, held during the Worship Service.

Using his varied experience, Tas has developed a biblical geological model to connect geological structures in the field with biblical history. He has applied this geological model to the Great Artesian Basin in Australia, the basement rocks in Brisbane and the Banks Peninsula in New Zealand. He and other creationist geologists are now applying the model to other areas of the world.

Zimbabwe Short Term Mission Trip

If anyone is interested in going to a short term mission trip to Zimbabwe for about 2 weeks towards the end of Jan 2011 please see Mark Medhurst for details. He will be starting to make final arrangements as to what the mission trip will involve and organizing details with the Hobbs and Grahams in Zimbabwe.

Family Service & Junior Church
After some singing (usually with piano, guitar and drums) and church family items, the younger children attend Junior Church while the older children and adults continue in worship and listen to a message from the Pastor, a missionary, or a guest speaker. We celebrate Communion most Sundays. Visitors are very welcome and this service is followed by morning coffee or tea.
